TAIWANESE YOUTH ALLIANCE OF PACIFIC NORTHWEST
美國西北區台灣青年聯合會
Who are we
The Taiwanese Youth Alliance of Pacific Northwest (TYAPN), is a student organization at the University of Washington that strives to integrate cultural influence, academic success, entertainment, and social network expansion. We aim to not only create lifelong friendships with one another but also to build valuable professional experiences.
What we do
Academics
We primarily focus on activities and events that improve and teach our own individual professional skills - resume building, interview practices.
Culture
We also have cultural events that help promote the Taiwanese culture and history - from Chinese New Year to Mid-Autumn Festival.
Fun
Creating lifelong relationships is something that we care about, and thus, overnight events, team building days, and get-to-know meets are a must.
